You talking foolishness, how long has Africa been without proper road connecting nations. The collective knowledge for such project don't exist in Africa.. China has a tradition of technology but they also learn from the West.. Africa has been to unstable to learn all this technology..

123 abc Africa can't wait to train people that should be happening anyway. If Africa is talking about internal trade how do you think that will happen.. the Chinese already building road access nations in Africa. They have a need and Africa has a need. That what trade is all about, if African nation make the wrong kind of deals that not the Chinese fault. Of not China than it has to be Western nations.

It's not a negative thing. If China develops your continent's infrastructure and brings over its military it means the rest of us can start investing in it too. The main thing that has dissuaded people previously is the idea that rebel forces could roll in at any point and steal or disrupt businesses investing. If a standing army were there to negate that and infrastructure existed to transport goods it makes it a lot easier for profit to be made. So ya, it's a good sign.
