Anna Hall is quite an athletics talent and seems like a good person. She has a real chance at WC gold in 2023. Running the 800 that fast in the final event of the Hep was really impressive.

Great score in the heptathlon for Anna. Been a while since the US has a really good heptathlete. Hopefully she didn't peak at Gotzis...cuz that would suck...

Question for Anna: how do you balance the physiology/body composition for all the different events? Like if you look at pure shot putter va high jumper vs 800m runner through the eye and through lab testing they will be very different?
