Did Jess do the tutorial about the pause deadlift? I am usually stuck at the same location. Once it passes my knees, lockout is easy. I also don't have a problem getting it off the ground. But just below the knees is tough.
Haha that would be a nice insult to roidheads that sound and look like men. Is she natural btw because only her strength is suspicious. I want to believe 😁💪
@@hondeymonkelson8378 I'd like to believe she is natty from looking at her face and her voice which is very feminine. Usually roided females who are pulling similar numbers to her, look and sound masculine af but hey this is just my opinion.
@@sirRustyiron yeah but it depends on what the girl takes, if it is testosterone, then she will get 100% the deep voice, cuz its a male hormone, they get hairy, deep voice and other stuff. but if she takes other stuff, she most likely wont get a deep voice. i can tell you 100% she is taking stuff and i do not mean creatine and protein powder.
Doesn't work like that. She has to take insulin all the time, not just after training. It is a huge handicap, because if the blood sugar levels aren't ideal - and that happens easily if you have to take insulin - you will be far away from your peak performance.
Women are known to be very bottom heavy in muscle distribution. This reason is also why women's bench press world record is a lot less than men's, even when compared to other categories like deadlifts or squats.
