[Last solve] For that kind of EO (any "1 move then switch" case) I find it easier to see it all on the side of the scramble where you do the three moves. You just need to think what case you would get if your edges with a blue sticker (for B premove) where flipped (good becomes bad and other way round). Then you can easily spot the 3 moves on normal. This works also for (F B) premoves, but I am still trying to figure out a system to check the (U F) + 2 moves type of stuff, and any 2 move + switch other than (F B). For those it is probably easier to just to the moves and track the case you'd get on inverse, knowing it has to be 4 bad, 3 of which on the same face.
