Good family friends of mine live in Livonia NY. I agree that NYS bank robs you for taxes. Traveled on southern tier expressway I-17/86. Very nice ride.

This is probably my favourite road trip video. The McDonald's in Lakeville NY was neat and crossing the state lines was neat. Yes this is 5 years later lol but still, these have been my favourite road trips for about a year now! EDIT December 2019: This legendary video is almost at the double digits age mark!!

Great video! That's funny how you didn't get home till 2:45 in the morning! That's why you leave at 6 in the morning instead of 2 in the afternoon on long trips like this one! Also, you pretty much skipped right past my home state of Maryland, but then again Interstate 81 is only 12 miles through Maryland!

+DieselDucy Little gas price update for you, right now around Rochester we are paying $2.09 a gallon, so it has definitely gone down. Last year we were around $3.40 a gallon, be glad you weren't here then.

@GluciferJuicifer ok with my fasination i rode on an old one. (the gated type) and after that a fasination (from CONSTANTLY riding them when my sister was born) just spiked. old gated elevators are kind of a thrill to ride on... the modern ones you sometimes just get a little attached to...

Do you always tank regular (87 AKI) or more like little expensive ones (89-93 AKI)? In Germany we have 95 to 98 ROZ (or sometimes up to 100 ROZ)😉😉😉

Since you have filmed this Pennsylvania where I live, our state gas tax went up a whopping 27 cents in 2013 putting us as having the highest state gas tax in the nation so now ironicly we have higher gas prices then New York.

@mas90009 Lucky him, he joined before the 10-minute time limit (actually, 10:58 if you want to squeeze as much in as you can). Older members get to keep the unlimited video sizes. Somewhat newer members got unlimited time, but are stuck with the 2GB filesize limit, then there's the rest of us.

Thank God he's an EX-trucker, ties his load down with duct tape, wraps a loose sheet around it so it can fly off into the car in back of him and drives his truck with a leaking gas tank,wonder what would happen if his fuel drips on his exhaust system.Maybe he should have flown home,Unbelievable.
