I'm super excited that she will being sharing her experiences in western China, Tibet, and Xinjiang with us. Hope Yan has the best time during these travels, and am looking forward to these upcoming videos.
Delighted you are on this road trip! I traveled on part of this road while it was being excavated in 2007. Landslides from the new cuts into the mountain slopes caused our vehicle to stop & at times even get stuck. We had to get out & stand in the rain while the vehicle became freed. Yes! It is COLD! Even on sunny days in the summer the air is brisk. I loved it there! No altitude sickness problems for me. The beauty is stunning! Love your drone footage, even as the car is moving.
The infrastructure in this height must be very difficult to build. The road looks new and well maintained. China has done an incredible job connecting remote areas.
There is a reason: They want to deploy the minerals from Tibet and bring there nuclear plant waste. And where is mining is also natural destruction. So its good business for the Chinese and bad one for the Tibetians.
My oxygen was 30 when I went to Tibet 10 years ago. I ended up in hospital. Lucky I did not get brain damage. I'm glad you can share your experiences with us. Take care.
Great to see this place again. I did visit it about 5 years ago. It was early October and the weather was great. The China Bhutan Himalayas are very close and fortunately I had a great view of the mountains. Its a beautiful area.
Your videos are the best of that kind on youtube- love to watch them, Thank you very much, and remember that you are a lucky woman to be born in China, a great nation.
What a wonderful adventure. I've been once at 5000 mts, it's a horrible experience, from the body point of view, but amazing unique landscapes. Looking forward for the next videos.
For people who live in high-altitude areas all year round, the blood oxygen concentration is 80-90%, which is relatively normal. When ordinary people go to high altitude areas, if the blood oxygen concentration is lower than 80%, they will experience altitude sickness. If the blood oxygen concentration is lower than 75%, it is very dangerous. The blood oxygen concentration of 75% is almost the limit of human beings. Tibet is full of high-altitude areas above 5,000 meters above sea level, so prepare more oxygen and take care of your body. I hope to continue to see your next video.
As an Indian, im mostly aware of only our side of tibet which is the same landscape and people. Thanks for showing the other end. I have to say Chinese side is much more developed than our side. Thanks again little Chinese everywhere ❤ stay safe and blessed.
Indians have not captured Tibet , there is no Tibet this side u fake Chinese agent . Chinese CCP monster would sheel mortar or kill u at tianmen square if u tell the truth .u are doomed
Love your videos! I had no idea there are 5 burial practices in Tibet! As a Chinese person who has never been to China, I wish one day to visit places I saw in your videos. I am especially curious about that narrow, long village along the sides of a river!
To Wind2536. It's already under China. Then what you want or plan to do? Do you able to do anything? China's Tibet is an integral, inseparable & inalienable part of China before, now & forever.
Thank you for showing us the real Tibet.. No wonder Ladakh India is being called as little Tibet. It's so similar, the landscape ,mountains and everything....
i remember your trip in iran and someone ask how many subscribers you have.. and now you're reaching 120k subs.. im so happy your all the videos you making.. thanks for virtual tour..
Love your content! It's so interesting to see your authentic interactions with these people in places we never see in Western media. China is so diverse and beautiful. Definitely keep making these videos, I'm a fan! 🙏🏽✨️🥰
Amazing video in Amazing place. Thank you very much. I go to China two times a year (I live in Los Angeles) and hoping that I get to visit Tibet one of these days. thanks again.
Thanks for sharing your journey with us. The environment is so unique, beautiful and yet so hostile. This must be an experience of a lifetime. As you speak we can almost feel the chocking difficulty of your breathing under such low level of oxygen condition. Take care.
Hi Yan…as always , enjoyed your video and learnt a bit more about the Tibetan culture. Looking forward to your next uploads from this special region. Take care.
i always love watching your videos! it just amazes me how other people live and how life can be lived so different in different parts of the world. also, i always really enjoy your drone shots! greetings from germany
I moved from sea level to almost 2000 meters and I took 30 days to acclimate to that altitude. Your went from almost sea level to 5000 meters. That must have been hard. But thanks for your effort, I love to travel, I was blessed to see what you experienced, fortunately I didn't have to suffer hypoxia. Take care, be safe, and please keep sharing your experience.
Thanks for showing us areas above 5000 meters. Most of us can't gauge lack of Oxygen feeling and how hard it's for people. I guess the people are used to it. Thanks Yan
i hope National Geographic will buy all your videos and show on the TV.. it is all too priceless not to show the beauty of our motherland... from Penang, Malaysia.
Great aerial beauty of Tibet. Two good-looking guys and a charming girl to show us the unheard-of places and peculiar customs of Tibet and Xinjiang, interacting at a deeper level with locals that foreigners like us would love to do but may be difficult for various reasons. Look forward to more but stay healthy always.
Thank you so much for filming and sharing your trip. Looks incredible. How could civilisation even exist in that altitude?! Amazing new road you are driving one
Hi Yan, I discovered your channel a few days ago and bell-subscribed immediately to it. I follow many RU-vidrs living in China, mostly ex-pats. Your content is the kind I like the most, showing places, and interacting with people. Great job, girl!
Thank you for sharing your life and travels with everyone. We get to experience beautiful people and places we would never get to see. The beautiful dogs are magnificent. Safe travels 🙏. Blessings and love from the USA 🇺🇸❤️🙏
Another great video thanks. In this scenery I do miss the green of the forests that are so evident in other parts of China. I have always lived in green places so the browns of Tibet are very strange to my eyes. A very tough place to live for sure. I was at 4,000m on road to Huanglong and was fine but 5,000m and more must be difficult. Just to put it in perspective the highest mountain in New Zealand Alps is less than 4,000m!
Another great video from our “Little Chinese in a Big China” 😅, and as always in a place I have wanted to go to❣️‼️ 1#) Was not aware of the different burials for all of the elements‼️2#) What an exotic plant if indeed is ‘a’ (in singular?) “plant”⁉️ - could very well be a lichen or moss that may act as a good substrate to host a flowering plant at that altitude..?...
Hi Yan! Loving your videos! As a native English speaker whilst the way you pronounce "biscuit" is very cute it's actually pronounced like "biskit" just so you know!
💚 Thank you for this amazing authentic report. I don`t know why, but i understand your english complete. I´m a little bit confused about this. But really, you make fantastic authentic China reports. So I in Germany can see whats going on in China. 👍👍👍👍👍
