Road trip with Sarah 

Thanks for the videos Andy. I’m an old retired guy who left the farm back in 1973. I may have left but it never left me. I’ve spent the last two months healing up a new knee and found your channel. I really like watching you farm and the whole operation. Also really like seeing your kids involved. My first tractor driving memories began around 8yr old with me jumping off the transmission onto the clutch of an 8n pulling the irrigation trailer. Wasn’t strong enough to just push. The farm family is every bit as interesting as the farm. Your kids are great. Love watching you interact with them. Keep farming and I’ll keep watching.

Always great to see Sarah in your videos again cuz she's growing up knows exactly what she wants. Hope you both had a great vacation away from the snow and freezing cold

Love the V8 air boats. We drove from Orlando heading over to Crystal River, just for a drive out. Can’t get enough of that State. Always something to see. Being a Petrol head, the motors are awesome. 👍👍👍👍👍🇬🇧🇺🇸🇬🇧🇺🇸

In the video as you passed the Brookston/Fowler sign on I65, i worked for a grain farmas a Purdue student that had fields on the east side around those windmills. Made me smile a bit. Thank you for sharing this trip!

Good to see Sarah. I think she might have been the youngest person in that part of Florida that day. Congratulations on the new John Deere. Look forward to seeing it running in the field.

Lots of wind turbines up here in Nw Iowa as they have them on Buffalo ridge which runs from North Dakota I believe through Minnesota and Nw Iowa and down towards Des Moines Iowa. The ones they put up by us 2-3 years ago the electricity goes to central Illinois I believe. Glad to see Sarah back on camera doing a ride along with Dad. I've always been impressed with how she helps you out in your operation also Andrew as I love his knowledge of JD encyclopedia on wheels.Love the golf cart ride along especially the purple and red one at the beginning of the video. Seems like Covid-19 hasn't stopped construction by any means. That tractor should be named Sarah. Was awesome to see some father/ daughter time as they get older you see less of them unless they stick around and farm with you. What kind of truck is Sarah looking for? Love watching your videos Andy as they are interesting and no one day is the same on the farm.

Beautiful place there in Florida. My parents lived in a place like that in Texas when they retired. It was at a lake between two golf courses. They are both passed on now.

Heard that The Villages have their own zip code. Glad Sarah got to see Florida on her Spring Break!

Maybe upgrade the folks golf cart to a Roxor. 😄 My daughter used to travel with me in summer and winter break in my big truck. I was a machinery hauler, so she saw a lot of machinery, but we had a blast. Miss those times. Enjoy these times you have. Now when I stop to look at machinery, my daughter grabs my hand and says, ok Dad enough of that, let's go. LOL 😂

Retired and moved out of the city to the mountains. The last place I see myself living in is something like The Villages. Too many damn people in one place with zero self reliance.

Making that trip with Sarah was a good thing. You need to treat her to more of that kind of thing, instead of just working her all-time. Since you didn't find her a pickup, find her one on Carvana. If it is not what you thought, you have 7 days to return it. My son has used them and the return worked just fine.

Nice, my biggest road trip a few years ago was about 5600 miles.

Our son lives in West Lafayette Indiana about 250 miles north of Indianapolis, if you drive thru Purdue university and go about 17 miles west there were 871 windmills in two counties. that was in about 2016, ,if I remember correctly.

If you drove past Remington In on I65 and saw the windmills there, I hauled some of the blades to that location in 2009

Need to change out the cycle on a J D 7410 tractor cylinder on the steering wheel column

Retiring 7290r from planting? Should be able to upgrade to high speed 16 row planter or 24 row planter now

Dumb question time, why do US spec tractors have those useless ball ends on the hydraulic arms, so you have to put a quick hitch on? Why not just have the quick attach arms?

My boss had a Comanche airplane that had an in flight crank failure. The FAA declares engines like that unflight worthy so it ended up in an air boat.

I don't think you fit in down there in Florida. That's crazy riding around on golf carts like cars looked like fun though
