Great video! Which dates did you visit Kyushu? I noticed some of the places you visited had undergone controlled burning, so the scenery doesn't look as lush 🥲
Haha yep! Unfortunate timing on our part. We went first week of March and I want to say they just had a local festival about burning the fields? Maybe I am misremembering though.
I'm planning to travel to takachiho gorge in mid December. Do you think it is ideal to row boats over there? I'm afraid it might be too cold to do so lol.
Hey there! Not actually sure if the Takachiho Gorge is even open in December but if it is, I can tell you that it's going to be absolutely freezing so bring a big jacket!
