I have an ldea,l think delta state should have 2 capital cities like South Africa with 3 capital cities.They can build all the government institutions in warri as well,every 8 years the governor and power move between both cities...I also think 4 lane roads is too narrow for nigeria,most of these roads should be 8 lane or 6 atleast.They should get the trucks to drive on the low lane.
