Great piece. I watched this one with a "production eye". Josh you are putting together some rad stuff. Great angles, juicy use of the drone, the flat road shot of all three of you and the coloration of this series....I'm digging what you're creating. This channel keeps getting better and better.
Thanks Tim!! That is very much appreciated. It's always interesting to see how different days of the trip can turn out entirely different video-wise but that's the name of the game. This was a fun one to capture just winging it through the day. Thanks for coming along for the ride 👍
lived and rode 38 years in Nevada... best time to be in the wind is November-March. Watching this kinda makes me miss it now that I ride and live in Minnesota, even got to ride during this winter this so far.👍
Impressive scenery you're riding through, as for the bikes ,the Alpine Green paint on the Street Glide really looks great in the sun although I would probably still choose the Street Glide in Whiskey Fire, love the "bloopers, segment , hope you make it a regular feature .
PLEASE continue with the bloopers! That cracked me up. On another note, if it would be logistically possible, I'd love to see you guys run the Great River Rod from one end of the Mississippi to the other. I live right where Iowa, Illinois and Missouri meet and some of the coolest riding in America is along the river.
Haha we absolutely will keep the bloopers up as long as they are captured. People seem to be loving them. We'll have to add that to the planning list. We're always looking for new places to venture out to when possible. We've got a lot to cover in that region for sure. Thanks for watching, Karl!
Love to see the outakes, any chance we could get a "day in the life" or behind the scenes video from Josh's perspective? It would be nice to see all the camera work and editing that goes into these.
Thanks for tuning in, Richard! Being the only one filming, it would be a bit difficult to capture the behind the scenes, but maybe we'll put something out there in the future. In the meantime, we'll be throwing some tidbits in the videos here and there.
Hey Lance. I see you have a hanger to carry your cowboy hat over your back while you ride. Great idea! Can you provide the information for that item? My wife needs a way to carry her cowboy hat on her Harley Freewheeler while she's riding. Not enough room in the storage when we're traveling. Thanks for the great videos my wife and I love the content. I ride a 2023 Harley Fat Boy (Stage 2 S&S 475 cam set) and just bought the wife a 2024 Freewheeler.
He usually has it in the tour pack, but that wasn't an option this time around. He took the strap from a cowboy backpack that is no longer made and sewed it onto the back of the vest. We've had A LOT of people reach out about that so you never know...we might just have to throw something together...
Thanks for answering that question on how Lance strapped his Stetson to his back while riding, I looked online for the strap and couldn't find one, now we know why, it's a unique Lance original design 😅
I was at Rhyolite last yr while visiting Death Valley. Loved seeing the old buildings. As barren as Death Valley was there was some beautiful scenery. I spent about one and a half days riding Death Valley.
Same here!! We'll get back to releasing episodes from our Arizona Petrified Forest Trip next week, then we're hitting the road for a fun local weekend trip tomorrow to share afterwards.
Love the endless inspiration you guys provide for us newer riders. Thank you all so much for sharing your adventures!! I gotta ask… how was the chili?? 😂 🤙🍻🍻🍻 cheers !
Dig the different bikes, especially the green bat wing that Josh is riding..what is the deal with the different bikes? Are you guys going to be riding them the rest of 2024? Are they on loan or did HD gift them too you, either way, very cool of HD, have fun dudes!!!
Thanks Andrew! Those are not our personal bikes, we just got the opportunity to take them for a trip to test them out and put some miles on different models and we had a great time. The three of us will likely be buying new bikes in the somewhat near future as the miles are stacking up on our personal bikes
Thanks for tuning in! A majority of our ride videos are 20-30 minutes long, but here and there we drop a shorter 10-15 minute video. It just depends on how much was captured during the day and we try not to fluff them up just for length. Got some longer vids coming in the following weeks. Thanks for your input 👍
I would hope for $43,000 Harley would make a quality motorcycle. The prices for the new bikes are insance, not mention the horrible interest rates too.
Just depends what is captured. Most of our vids are longer, but on shorter ride days sometimes there's just not as much footage and we try not to fluff them up for length if there's no story in the excess footage. Plenty of longer vids on the way 👍
