Yes I agree and have commented Raghu and Rajiv are stupid to support condom vending machines being placed in colleges ( even if sexual activities are prevalent there). First of all, every institution be it, educational, religious or cultural has a conduct and a purpose! The purpose of an educational institute is to gain knowledge and not indulge in sexual activities. If anyone is indulging in sexual act then they should be penalised under the rules and regulations of the institution. It's like somebody reading a book in sports complex so someone should open a library inside. Are you serious!!! The person reading a book in a sports complex is odd. "Purpose" is the coin!!
