I just bought a '98 Roadtrek and I can't wait to make it my own! This one is so beautifully remodeled while keeping the integrity of the Roadtrek's uniqueness!! These are out there. Just look for a roadworthy and well maintained vehicle and the rest can be updated to your preference. You are well spoken and do a wonderful job of taking the video! Thanks!
Your Roadtrek Class B is truly a dream come true for any solo female RVer. The way you've transformed it into a cozy and functional haven reflects both your passion for adventure and your keen eye for detail. It's not just a van; it's a gateway to endless journeys and new experiences. Your story and this van are both inspiring and empowering, showing that dreams can indeed become reality. And I am Floating Village Life, Hit follow and let's explore together!
wow that is a sweet van vary nice very clean I am sure you will sale it fast to a very lucky person sure wish it was me I am saving up for one now got a few more years to save. wishing you the best.
I have that same exact year van and I have that big closet too! It’s great. Runs amazing! So much storage. Last 9 months I have driven about 4500 miles.
The base information is there at 31:44. 😊 P.S. for the uninitiated, this is not an outrageous price for an original Roadtrek in (what appears to be) great condition. This is not some Johnny-Come-Lately van build; it's an original. Maybe some day I will own one in such fine, near original condition...🥰
Facing homelessness AGAIN (2nd time in one year) bc I can not keep up with the demanding costs. Soooo. What I should've done from the beginning was get something like this. I'm sick over it, but I had a kid in high school still and he was not having it! We tried so hard to make things work. But it's just so hard with the prices today. This seems to be the only way to go that makes sense today. And I ruined even that. If you're facing the same issues as me- just not able to keep up with rent or mortgage due to the rising costs. GO THIS ROUTE- you will NOT regret it- bc you'll never have to worry again.
Sorry your having such a hard time. I get it!! It's hard to save anything anymore.. I'm going n ssi and after rent and a few bills I'm broke. I've even tried to get a part time job. Due to my disabilities I can't stand, walk much without having severe pain.n I'd love to do this.!! Don't have the $ to save for nothing!

Thats why I quit my job at 45 and started traveling - wanted to do it before I couldn't. Best Wishes to you. Beat that cancer and get out on the road....we'll be waiting.
Wow very nice van… I have been thinking about buying one and travel after I lose my daughter and son… I feel life is too short… this van will be perfect for me…
Yes - I should have thought of that. Fresh water tank capacity= 129 L/34 US gal. Black water tank capacity= 49 L/13 US gal. Gray water tank capacity= 109 L/29 US gal. Also: Fuel tank capacity= 132 L/35 US gal.
Nice van but engine info , brakes, U joints info and all service info. Also any undercarriage rust and suspension? But a little too much for the age. I would say more in the 15k to 18k range. I've had vans for 30 years. This is probably a big gas user also. 9 or 10 mpg. My 1998 gets 22 mpg combined. Also parts will be hard to find for air cond. And battery and power supply parts. Good luck and come down on price and it will sell. Otherwise it will sit.
This gets 16-18 mpg. New brakes and tires. Complete mechanical checkup. No rust on undercarriage. Its in Oregon, but not on the coast, so not an issue. The A/C works perfectly. Batteries are standard, not sure why you would think they are hard to find. In fact the coach has an extra added. Price is negotiable, but these are sought after rigs, there are many for sale that are older than this and not in as good a shape going for the same price. Most of those rigs have probably not had the care this one has as the previous owner was an engineer and kept it in tip top shape. RU-vid is not the place to go over all of the service paperwork. That would be for a serious buyer that actually took the time to come and see it -
With only 88k, and excellent maintenance, the engine purrs like a kitten. I invite any serious buyer to take it to their mechanic, which is always a good practice.
It looks like the storage drawer under the toilet might be missing. Is that the case? Too bad about that rear damage but the inside looks very nice. I'm also glad to see that I'm not the only one who thinks that chair behind the passenger seat was wasting space. I've also never seen the TV storage unit slide out before; is that an original feature or added on? Very cool either way. Thanks for the tour!
There is no storage drawer under the toilet. That is the base that the toilet sits on. The TV slide out is original. The space behind the drivers seat is wonderful, that way someone with long legs can actually move the seat back and have a pleasant ride without their knees up around their ears like in a lot of class b+ vans like the concord. It also helps when swiveling the seat around. I store things back there when I'm not moving, like my dog's stuff and laundry bag.
There is nothing wrong with it. I go through each feature separately with the outside first, then the inside for people who want all the details. Feel free to skip ahead to the interior and a full viewing of the bathroom area. This van is in beautiful shape and deserves a thorough walk through.
Sorry, it's just little ole me. Try a credit union. With that much down you could probably get and inexpensive personal loan. And I can wiggle on the price.
The answers to your questions are in the video and on the community tab. During the walkthrough video I show you every detail - including the bathroom and shower, year, and mileage.
Campgrounds? 0 to none. RV parks? Some. I've found that very few and they are very hoity toity - usually full of people I don't want to hang out with anyway. There are thousands and thousands of RV parks and you can use passort america, escapees, Good Sam Camping Directory, RV Parky and so many others to find reasonable campground. PLUS, she looks so nice that even many parks with restrictions will allow her in with a photo or visual inspection. 25 years RVing and I've only been turned away twice...one because of MY age, not the RV's!
Very nice. Video too slow. Most people looking don’t need every single detail. Most have looked at several videos of camper vans which have similar things for the most part. Is stove gas or what, electrical info, inverter, how many gallons, what year, and how much. My fav colors and love twin beds. Gas engine I guess and V8? Mechanical records?
I went over everything slowly for people new to RVs. Answers to all of your questions are in the video, but fresh 31 gal, black 10 gal. v-8, gets about 16 mpg.
Its all in the video except I just put new tires and brakes on it. Also you can download the brochure for details that are not there. Google 1999 Dodge Popular 190.
Well all that is in the video if you watch until the end. Great decals mean it wasn't left out in the weather to deteriorate and is an indication of the love and care that his van has received, so it does mean something.
On the rubber in the back why not just get it fixed before selling it.... If its only 75.00 $ makes me think 🤔 there more to it and its going to be bigger expense than that
Its in the plan for payday...just as the new tires and brakes were. I just wanted people to know everything that had an issue. Unlike many on youtube, I'm on Soc Sec and a very tight budget. Why think the worst of people?
