It just keeps getting better each video . Filming , storytelling , your voice and presence all add up making your video's so far ahead of all that I've watched .Only Little Chinese Everywhere is as good as you. But your styles are completely different .So I love both of you .
This village is awesome specially the house of grandma coz from her courtyard you can have the best view. I wish I could visit this village. Thanks for sharing!
Whenever you post a video I know it's going to be beautiful and rich in stories, and take us to places I didn't know existed. This village is amazing, those incredible views, those impressive mountains. And everyone living there, people and animals, taking in some of this scenic beauty each and every day.. what a magical backrop for a life. 💙
Honglin, you has become one of my favorite youtubers. Your breath-taking episodes have inspired me to learn Mandarin. Are Westerner tourists welcomed in these rural areas and would a tourist be able to get around in just Mandarin? Or do most people in Yunnan speak primarily their own dialect?
Thank you! Western tourists have been visiting these regions since the 1980s. The Naxi people also traveled to Europe to promote their homeland. Learning Mandarin Chinese is a good idea, as it is widely used in different regions of China. You will especially receive good feedback when communicating in Mandarin with Chinese people under the age of 50 for non-Mandarin speaking area. If you go to other countries like Malaysia, Singapore, etc., Mandarin is also one of the top languages they learn in school from a young age. (My first language is Sichuan-Chongqin dialect)
Watching from Vancouver,British Columbia🇨🇦 as a descendants of Chinese/Filipino origin kindly go and explore the beauty of Fujian Province particularly Anxi/Amoy where my Great ancestors came from before heading in the🇵🇭 long time ago❤❤❤
I envy you for knowing where your descendants came from. I don't have the chance of knowing mine, my grandfather died a decade ago w/o sharing his descendant's whereabouts.
What an amazing place! And a beautiful video - the editing, drone footage, narration, and overall production is fantastic. Thank you for showing the world places in China that we would not normally see.
That area is gorgeous. I have ridden the high speed trains through China and sometimes you see villages off in the distance, but you are moving so fast, you only see them for a few seconds. I love your your videos.
I love how the ancient people had access to spring water that bubbled up from mountains and ground springs, before springs were cemented in or bricked in, like Mt Rushmore was.
Wow interesting video .The village looks like a fairytale so beautiful and clean . I wish I could visit china one day .Come and visit Northeast India you would find people same physical features like you . Watching fr Kohima city, Nagaland Northeast India.
😮 Nice great good interesting videos, yup,da village iz exactly like Naga village,,,,, Plizs do visit my home state Nagaland, You will be surprised to see us da Nagasz,,,,We Nagasz and Chinese pples are all da same, our looks, our life style etc are allda same, according to history,we Nagasz do migrate from China, during da construction of da great wall of China,,,,,💃👑💖🌹☮️🗽🌟🌟🌟
Another awesome video showing places not seen anywhere else 👍! Not only are the drone images stunning, the narration of the local life and people, seemingly ordinary, are in fact very intimate. You have an enviable story-telling talent. I can't seem to have enough of your work 😀
Thank you. Your photography and narration are artistic and very interesting, respectively. I am watching your channel for the first time and subscribed.
I watched this video with interest to find out any similarity between us. Nagas are believed to be migrated from Yunan province of China. Looking forward to watching more rural videos. 👍
I appreciate your exceptionally written dialogue along with your impeccable English. Further more, your journeys to more remote spots are very captivating. I have to say thank you! Oh, yes, I am taken in by your manner and your natural beauty.
Hi I saw this video quite by accident and was very impressed. Excellent commentary in very good English, beautiful camerawork, great scenery and lovely soft music. I thank you very much for this wonderful experience. The subtitles explaining local dialect was also very impressive. I will continue to watch all your videos in the future. Finally I also like the way you keep on the subject educating us along the way, without concentrating too much on yourself like other videos do. Thank you, good Luck and stay safe in your journeys. It was a pleasure to travel with you, listening to your beautiful voice. I am Dileepa from Australia. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👍
When I am watching your videos I feel that I am there. Your voice is so calming and your English is so perfect. You are so poetic describing those places. Thanks! 🙏
I'm new sub. It is really interesting to that grandma's house and surrounding ,the way she maintain and everything looks really clean, she will live longer ,because she drinks only spring water fresh and clean.
