Hi Thank you for appreciating. And to answer your question, i feel like i was kinda both. Bacha ma ali introvert thiye ani public speaking bahnepachi i’d always freak out and still do. But i love meeting new people and interact. Having said that, i am also very shy haha. Ekeichoti bolna sakdina tara bolepachi rokna garo cha 😂. Extrovert manche sanga ma introvert hunchu. Introvert sanga extrovert. But i am really anxious dherei manche agadi eklei katei jana. Im trying to overcome every fear and insecurities. J darlagcha tei garna khojchu. So recently pani samsung ko event ko lagi opportunity ayo ani bolna parcha bhanu bhayo. I was super scared but i did it. Its all in you. Face your fears. Ani pachi you’ll get used to it.

I don't know maybe but it's a science that RAS( Recticular Activating System) which a brain part will only show you the things that you are thinking right now the current thought. So mostly our days are subconsciously programmed. So we mostly see and feel the think we mostly thought.
In this way we can communicate with ourselves and only think the thought which is giving me a good vibes. And in a week month or so your habit will set and you will subconsciously create your desired experience. Somekind of salvation. Because now you know who you are a moving vibrational energy.
