Roaring kitty just sold his call options for gamestop. It’s hard to decipher what Gill did exactly to get to this position. He could have dumped all of 120,000 call contracts and used the proceeds to buy the additional shares, or he could have sold a portion of the massive options position and exercised the rest early.

When exercising a call option you have the right to buy 100 shares at the strike price. Gill (Roaringkitty) doesn’t have enough money to exercise his call options. To exercise all his calls would be $240 million dollars. Also his expiration is approaching and it wouldn’t make sense to early exercise and lose the extrinsic value. Also the calls were a $20 strike so I don’t see why closing above $30 is important. And when you say deliver a few million shares the options sellers have the collateral secured to sell those shares.

Fine Ricky but we cannot short or even use margin with GME in Australia because of some recent dumb rules our Government forced onto AU trading platforms. I used to be able to on eToro but not anymore or l can only trade GME in buying the stock. With the exemption of working in the industry, etc (everyone else can go to hell apparently). You may not realize it but Gamestop is trying to force a MOASS, since they can make huge profits off of it, and it could very well happen this week, (where by l will make huge gains on the way up and you will have your party 24 in a day on the way down, (l will be cursing my idiot gov, and waiting for the next gain). Ricky can still have held shares and played the ups and downs. I don’t watch him because he tells me what I wanna hear. I watch him because he’s a logical trader that offers knowledge. But It makes sense if RK didn’t see it going up in the next week and closed options early. Cant blame him. He came close to going red. @@hanyolo2041 depends on how you look at it The ten dollar book can’t teach you every opportunity that will be available on Monday. I follow every credible trading group I can and often bounce between morning live streams simply for the call outs. For example yesterday morning I was locked in on gme, lgvn and mu I’m focused on those and not currently refreshing my scanner and I hear the live stream I’m watching start to yell that kavl was moving Kavl ended up being my biggest winner by far yesterday I would have found it eventually but I found it a lot earlier just from all that collective brain power FYI when it comes to the credible traders… there are frequently guys in the chat who out perform the owner of the platform. They’re not all noobs. The community aspect has its benefits

You are right. My strategy is to find as many good projects in presale phase as I can. Real money is there. Cyberopolis is my number one pick, and presale is almost over.
