Many years from now, your grandbabies will speak about you with so much love and fond memories, as many of us do about our own. Only you do seem a bit young to have an 11 year old grandson. My oldest is a 10 yr old boy that I adore, but I'm older than dirt. lol Much older than you, Amy. I pray God is with you and the entire family. Take good care of yourself, you're so busy and stay warm.
I'm just seeing this kind comment from you. You are so very sweet to me. Thank you so much. I would think I was in Heaven if I could RU-vid my Grandmother cooking and make food along side her videos. I hope my grands do this. Hope they do know what a gift they have. My son dies watch and cook so that works for me. I hope you are doing well. May God Bless you for encouraging me😊💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Love this video. ❤ family getting together is so important, especially this day and time. Just a little tip, when you cook those sister Shubert rolls add a touch of honey to your butter. OMGoodness you will do this on every roll you pop in the oven. ❤😊❤😊
A quick sear on both sides (no flour/-just a little oil) makes a BIG DIFFERENCE, so if it’s good now, please try searing it once! Also, you can deglaze what’s left in the pan with a little dry white wine-even water-add it to the crockpot!!
I saw this video and said ok Amy, what we got today! And of course I watched it and my mouth watered. Oh, I have enjoyed recently going to church with my sons and their families. What could be better.! What I love is that this is real life! Crap happens! Lol
I do mine almost exactly like yours but i add half cup of wine or a beer it is delicious! The last hour i add my potatoes and carrots but also i add half a cabbage and place it in a corner I uncover my roast and let it brown a bit the very last half hour boy is it good. :-)
Amy, I also cook my roast in a blue speckled roaster. And I have a twin grandson name Luke and his twin brother is named Micah. Your roast looks delicious. Glad I’m not the only mama that has to cook 2 roast 😆
