Hi Jay, just made this tonight and what a great recipe! Managed to get a good quality coconut milk with lots of hard cream on the too which I think has helped too but super tasty. Another one to add to the 'go to' list! Thanks again for these great recipes!

This turned out delicious! I didn't have coconut cream so I blended 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes with 1 cup of whole milk. Will use this recipe often.
Could I use the whole can of coconut milk? This looks fabulous, was thinking if it was a larger cauliflower it might work. Can only imagine how wonderful your kitchen smells! Thanks for another great recipe Aunt Jay!
Hi A.V to get a nice thick sauce I used the cream off the top and only a little of the “juice “ part , I guess if you where to use a large cauliflower a whole can wouldn’t make the sauce too thin. Mine was pretty small tbh. Hope you enjoy it, let me know how it goes 😊
