PACOJET is the KING among ice-cream-making machines. At least if you would like to do a perfect single serving once every week or so. I have had mine for 15 years now and I still love it!

What do you think it would pair well with? Maybe a little burnt caramel? Ive not had Celery root before but id love to start cooking with it.

the caramel might be too strong, brown butter might be better
