Recipe for: Roasted Chicken Thighs with Sauce and White Rice Garnish. Great Yummy!
Necessary products:
2 chicken legs, previously washed and dried
100 ml. White wine
200 ml. water
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Oil
70 g of cow butter
1 tablespoon of flour
200 g of basmati rice
400 ml. water for the rice
Method of preparation:
Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
Season them with salt, black pepper and red pepper. Add a little oil and rub the spices well.
Add the white wine and water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (no fan) in the lower part of the oven for about 50 minutes.
While waiting for the legs, prepare the rice:
Pour the water into the saucepan and turn on the stove.
When the water boils, add salt and pre-washed rice.
Lower the heat and let the rice simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add some cow butter to the rice and stir.
Cover the casserole with a plate and leave the rice to one side to stew until the thighs are done.
50 minutes later.
In a preheated pan, add the remaining oil.
Wait for it to melt.
Add the flour and fry it for 40-50 seconds.
Gradually add the roast sauce from the chicken thighs.
When the sauce starts to thicken, turn off the heat.
Place the chicken legs on a plate, add the aromatic rice and pour the sauce over.
Serve this delicious portion for lunch or dinner.
