This is a quick roasted peanut recipe that is often times enjoyed with various alcohols in China. It features a sweet and sour flavor (a good amount of rock sugar and vinegar) with oyster sauce for a bit of complexity and soy sauce for the salt level.
This soy sauce I used in the video is VERY salty, so I just put a small amount. Be sure to adjust the seasoning quantity according to your kitchen! Next time, I share some tips on how to choose Chinese vinegar and soy sauce.
