Maanchi, THANK-YOU for washing the chicken so very well. There are those who say the chicken should never be washed because it splashes bacteria around the sink. My belulief is, If the sink is washed also then it is clean! I'm 72yrs old. As a young wife & mother at 25 yrs, I was appalled when I opened a package of ribs and discovered that it was covered with nasty wood shavings on the underside where it was not visible. Obbiously, The meat had been dropped on the floor, picked up and packaged. EWWW! When I mentioned this to my uncle, a butcher, HE TOLD ME that dropping meat then packaging it is COMMON and HE TOLD ME to ALWAYS WASH ALL MEAT before preparing it BECAUSE OF the BACTERIA and DEBRIS on it. Yes, like you, I am a fanatic about washing food, hands and kitchen areas. THANK-YOU for emphasizing cleanliness in the kitchen!

I made the cream cheese dipping sauce tonight for tomorrow's roasted chicken (we were asked to cook it at the school. No time to prepare the dipping since the class if for only two hours) and I'm telling you... IT'S THE BEST DIPPING SAUCE EVER! The saltiness of cucumber, the sour and cheesy flavor... daaaaaaamn. I could eat this forever!
