Hello Arthur, My name is David, and I now live in Japan. I, too, have been roasting for years, but this past year, I have really gotten into extraction theory and the science of roasting. Coffee helps me in ways that others may not share. I would love to hear more about your goals if you would like to share. Not using other forms of social media, I feel it is challenging to find people to communicate with that have a passion for coffee. If you would, please tell me about your start-up. In the future, I may hold coffee classes using English as a medium. There is a demand for English teachers here, and there is a growing coffee culture. What do you roast with, and what is your preferred brewing method? Lastly, what grinder are you going with? That is most important. I would rather have an inexpensive brewer and an excellent grinder than a cheap grinder and an extravagant brewer. Thank you for your comment.
