It still hurts even when you're over it, cause this didn't happen when you were over. This happened when you were together. Now how long you take to get over the NEW news is a different story. It'll hurt but it shouldn't ruin your whole month. But even a day or two is understandable.

I recently found out my children's father had a second child unbeknownst to me with a woman. She told me two years after I left him, but the child was born 3 years before I left! TRUST ME, it still hurt like a mother. But I got over it quicker than I would if we were still together. You're allowed to feel pain, just cause it took forever for the truth to be revealed isn't your fault!
