Amazing. I love the dobro as well. I've raised the strings on a guitar, and I can sit for hours trying to copy Rob.. hehe.. He's so good.. Love when he plays the old rugged cross.

They are both great it just comes down to what you like and you prefer.

He is playing a Meredith Dobro they are great!

Dobro and fiddle are similar in having continuously variable pitch I'm surprised the dobro is not used more in Carnatic and Hindustani music.

The ledbetter is flamed maple and rob ickes meredith dobro is made out of east indian rosewood that makes a big difference in sound.

Why is it when someone excels at an instrument they start improvising a song so much it no longer resembles the original song. It becomes more of a commercial as to what they can do instead of just playing the song.
