Rob's Breakdown of Frostgrave Second Edition 

My wife owns this game and it is amazing! It’s in my top ten easily. It has so much character, tells great stories, and is just fun! Thanks Rob for the guide to 2nd edition. My wife has just ordered a copy. I’ll have to check out the designer’s other games!

It's a game that I love so much It's a game I chose instead of trpg, which is difficult to access, so it's nice to get a light trpg feel!

Can you confirm the 500 gold coins to start your warband? Another channel says the available funds went down to 400 gold coins in the new edition. Just want to get my stories straight. Thanks :)

I wish there were more changes to the spells.. In any event, picked it up. Something tells me there won't be a 3rd edition in 5 years though.

I finally found someone who loves Frostgrave more than me lol. You got the pricing for a warband a bit wrong but that's understandable because you made this video on release day. Just go through the book like you've never played the game before, It's got lots of little changes you don't notice on first glance. Over all McCullough really pulled it out of the bag with this one. Subbed :)

If only there were other races, like dwarfs, in the game. I'd kill to get my old GW dwarf wizards out to play a game...

It's good, no doubt Rob. But I was left feeling a little like the 2nd Ed was a missed opportunity. Aside from 10 new scenarios, most of it's changes are minor, and relate to things that have been already FAQ'd, commonly house ruled, or brought in with expansions (XP for instance). Outside of that there's a minor change to what soldiers you can recruit, and a handful of changes to spells to make them more rounded. All good changes for sure, but nothing trailblazing. Dare I say it, it feels like 75% of the book is a straight copy/paste job from existing official material. Where were the bold changes that actually warrant a second edition? This is a Frostgrave 1.5 at best, an errata at worst.
