This could be the Ferris Wheel with the best view in the world. I wonder if it's operational? Not for pubic use, I'm sure.

So weird. We just drove by there 3 weeks ago (judging by the snow basically the same day!) and were shocked when we saw a ferris wheel on the side of the hill!
