Probably but what a pointless exercise. Why would they want to lead a party so divided? The party membership are very much pro Brexit and anti immigration but the party do all they can to ignore the membership. After the Brexit vote remainer May was made leader without the membership getting a say. Boris won huge majority and since then there has been concerted attack on every Brexit supporter including Raab, Truss and others. The cabinet looks like a remain cabinet now, even giving Cameron a top job despite not having a seat. Braverman and the others should switch party instead of trying to fix the Tory party. The Tory party needs to die and not just lose one election. Tory party membership should also end their membership and join or start a party that shares their beliefs. The UK needs complete reform. Currently a party can win a huge majority but fails to carry out their manifesto because of civil service, supreme court and others. Essentially we no longer live in a democracy.

I think it's a declaration of willingness to end in bed (literally) together.
