I think Bob is gonna die soon, so sad, i seriously love the guy. I was soo happy when i hear him on O&A bragging about a new diet that he has been successfully doing and causing him to lose a lot of weight after intentionally adding weight for his new tv show. that low carb bullshit is unsustainable too. lay off the meat and dairy just eat high carb plant foods and do a tiny bit of exercise every day. thats all he needs to do.
