Retired law enforcement officer Robert Ladd accused Greg Kading of endangering Keefe D's life by publicly releasing his confession tape. Kading released a book and a DVD containing audio confessions from an open murder case, specifically incriminating Keefe D for the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. I always wondered how it was legal for Kading to release that info about Keefe D admitting to the drive by and how he turned states evidence. I'm no lawyer but if it's against the law to realease someone's medical records how can it be legal to release someone's rat papers(Unless it's been subpoenaed during discovery in court. Then I think it becomes public record)? AND to profit from it?

I thought the same. Something isn't right about it at all. Kading is a dick and his whole shit is slowly unraveling. Too bad Biggies mom dropped the case. In the next two years, the whole plot will be revealed and it will start with Kadings misrepresenting and concealing facts for personal game.

What everyone keeps overlooking is it was called the biggie task force and like SugeKnight has always said the murders are connected so he actually gave up all the information in biggie's case to , it was a federal task force so kadening should be charged to with stealing evidence and obstruction in 2 open murder cases

There is an actual federal law against releasing medical records. There is no law against cops dragging someone's name through the mud publicly. You can take the cops to court for defamation. But a jury of taxpayers isn't going to decide for a known gang member over cops.

Then he says “we really didn’t sip for Tupac, we just put that in the book for entertainment” so he admits to making up parts of the book and the interviews are BLATANTLY paying him to recite the book even to the point of correcting him. He also added some verifiable false info in the book. His lawyer finna have a field day. No gun, no car, no prints, no witnesses, what do they actually have? Possibly a heresay witness from 30 years ago

I mean he wrote a book himself admitting to all of it. If you claim you did something, then go tell everyone you did it, including the police.... I mean that is a kind of evidence. Now if you mean there is no corroborating evidence, I doubt that too, but I can understand that argument. But there's definitely enough to charge him.

Greg and his partner Dupree in 07 went to the “Tupac assassination screening” (look it up on yt) and watched rj bond frank Alexander and Kevin Hackie discuss how the shooting went down in depth. Keefes confession and book and interviews have a lot of verifiably false information in it. No physical or forensic evidence no records of a car or murder weapon let alone it being linked to anyone. And again… everything keefe said was already known. Anything else that wasn’t probably cant be proven right or wrong anyway
