@@the_grube5782 I could see him doing that. He was a very humble man and an absolutely brilliant musician and singer. Back when you actually had to have actual TALENT to be in that industry. In the days before vocal coders and enhancers, etc. Robert Palmer could sing LIVE almost as good as he could on a studio recording. Very few musicians can actually do that.

True. I think so much of what people like these days are overproduced music with Barbie and Ken singers. Robert Palmer is a real man with a real voice. If you didn't grow up in his time, you'd find this amazing music blah. His look is so sophisticated but that's boring and blah for many of today's young music listeners.
