@@hydrablaze36912 ability to play a wide variety of characters in voice acting it's having the ability to change your voice to an extreme degree where you can't even recognize it was him
Pattinson probably has the most diversity and range that I've seen in an actor since Gary Oldman. The fact that he hasn't so much as been nominated for an Oscar yet boggles the mind.
I’m surprised how so many big Hollywood stars agree to be part of this one. Usually, english dub is made by, you know, english VA not straight up A list actors/actresses.
@@nindu6913They know his works tho. Hayao Miyazaki has made masterpieces such as Mononoke Hime,Nausicaä,Spirited away,My neighbour Totoro and these are just a few of his works. He is easily much much bigger than Hollywood actors. Even the actors will agree.
It’s funny, seeing Robert Pattinson, and Christian Bale, both being in the same movie considering the fact that they both each played different versions of Batman.
The fact that people are absolutely flabbergasted with Robert Pattinson's performance in"The boy and the heron" going so far as to saying it"isn't him"goes to show how low the bar for voice acting has been set nowadays by hiring people like Chris Pratt as VAs
It would have been too over the top. Bale's Batman voice has been criticised by quite a few for being too over the top, tho he did a better Bruce Wayne than Pattinson.
I’m surprised that Mark Hamill or William Defoe didn’t voice the Heron after seeing their names attached to this film. But hey, Pattinson did a great job.
This definitely shouldn’t be the role people say Pattinson proved himself in, the guy proved his range years ago. He’s an English actor that’s played most American dialects and convinced every non-brit that he was American.
