00:00 Robert Telles Background 04:50 Day 7 Recap 09:07 Body Langauge Deep Dive Catch up on NV v. #RobertTelles here: www.courttv.com/tag/robert-telles/?
One question I have is how did DNA get under the victim’s nails when the killer was covered from head to toe. I would ask that question if I was a lawyer. I’m not saying he’s not guilty but it’s a question that should have been asked.
@@BridgKayHe allegedly straddled the victim and jumped on top of him. His sleeves could have easily rolled up during all those sudden and jerky movements, his pants could have easily hiked up, his stomach and back could have been exposed because of the intense wrestling and tussling. And I'm sure the victims hands and arms were everywhere just flailing trying to protect himself, which inevitably made contact with the perpetrator. It's actually really easy for it to happen, particularly with loose clothes like he was wearing.
@@DRPAJAN if he surprised him and started stabbing him how did he have a chance? It’s just weird. I believe he did it but I’m not so sure about the DNA under the nails.
I was at the casting call to be the “assassin” but my build wasn’t quite right so the realty company and the cops sent me home. It’s really uncanny they found just the right person to look and walk like Telles AND find an exact match for a car he barely uses! Bravo!👏
He acts like he is this big important person that someone would go through so much trouble to set him up. Someone really needs to tell him he's not special 😂
While looking through news items (to see if he'd been convicted yet!) I was amused to read Fox news described him as 'heading an obscure county office that handles deceased estates'. Really a nonentity, in fact!
I am watching this comedy from Australia. We have a bird called the Kookaburra, and I was sitting outside listening to the testimony from Telles. Well, even the birds were laughing and I mean it was loud. The kookaburras laugh is renowned worldwide. They must know something 🤣🤣🤣
I love the Kookabura, we used to sing the old song about the king of the bush. I can remember when our local zoo got a pair of them. I begged my mom to take us to the zoo just to see them, and when sunset came the caregivers could start them laughing. It was so cool to hear them in real life.
Imagine being accused of murder, when you are supposedly innocent, and knowing that you are in deep, deep crap because of a mountain of evidence including DNA, that was supposedly planted, and you sit calmly in a witness stand fighting for your life, but also seemigly bored resting your large head on your fist.
I love when Telles was questioned regarding if an assassin would where I bright orange work shirt with a floppy hat? Like wouldn't they want to not be noticed? His response was yes if they're trying to frame you. Please find me an assasin with a floppy hat somebody! 😅😅😅😅
You obviously are unaware that when you graduate from assassin school you are gifted a large sun hat. It’s very important that all assassins are protected from getting skin cancer as they fulfill their duties 😂😅
One of the comments that I found stunning was when Telles said, (something to the effect) "I had no idea how he died until this trial" WTH??? It was ALL OVER the news!! I wish I could be in the courtroom to see the juror reactions to all of this!!!
Oh please! He hasn't had professional combat training and said he never killed anyone before. He also doesn't have photoshop and said the DNA under the victims fingernails was planted - but also isn't his. CLEARLY innocent
Lawyer Lee started her RU-vid broadcast immediately after the Telles case stopped for the day. Said in some states a defendant can testify in the narrative if the lawyers refuse to present false statements.
@@jenninscho1980 I hear that this guy Vinnie goes over court cases. The first I learned about a defendant testifying in the narrative was from the Lawyer Lee clip. I am new to all the people surrounding Court TV. I have no idea why Kimberly Bishh would say what she did.
I "love" how Robert Telles says "he did not" murder, etc behind his hand. That in itself is a dead giveaway of his deception, amongst other things. I also love that he has recently changed the pronunciation of his last name as if he was trying to persuade any potential Hispanic jurors to not convict "one of us." It's a tactic. Also for the record, I LOVE this prosecutor!!! 👏👏👏
He is totally guilty!! Look at his mug shot and the subsequent pictures of him in court in the days after the murder. He looks full of rage and evil! An innocent person wouldn't try to take their own life when police show up with a warrant to arrest. An innocent person wouldn't have the dna of the victim under their nails. An innocent person wouldn't have in their home the same hat (cut up now) and shoes (blood spot of victim) seen on camera being worn by a mysterious person (with same stance) right by the victims home.
No. Specifically, in civil cases, six states-Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, Washington, and Wyoming-now require juror questions; thirty-four states encourage and permit courts to allow juror questions; seven states have yet to speak on this issue; and only three states-Maine, Nebraska, and Louisiana-prohibit it.
Body language?🙄 If someone raises their left eyebrow AND then spots a green chair off to their right, you know instinctively that their 2nd grade teacher rarely shaved her legs. Thanks! How could you have known that? Wow!
I've seen many recent sources that describe body language interpretation as bunk. As for the "expert," Janine... It's pretty clear at 10:57 that she doesn't understand the definition of "contrite." From that, and certain other points in the video, I don't get the impression she's any great intellect.
@@IAmHe-j7c That's funny I thought that very thing! I've made light of these forensic astrologers before and was ganged up on by a pack of "woke" people. They actually took it personally. You don't need a pseudo-science expert to conclude this story isn't a likely scenario. You'd have more co-conspirators here than faking a moon landing. It was closer to the dead parrot skit from Monty Python than testimony in your own murder trial. The State attorney must've thought he was dreaming, you can tell this by watching his ears and left foot moving in sync without the involuntary release by his pituitary gland. Classic tell if you know what to look for. 🙄Take care.
A redirect nail in the coffin- "did you ever hang out with him"? Defendants response, "no I never hung out with him while he was alive". Near slip. Press him.
It is obvious that it was him in the picture, even though you can’t see his face in detail. His face and head have a very particular shape that you can notice under his hat.
The weirdest part of narcissists pretend crying, lying, and other deceitful displays, they are so BAD at it but think they're doing great! Like he's so self centered he assumed he could fake cry without ever looking up info on real cries vs fake ones. He knows everything, so no research was needed. And he truly believes he's doing a great job. Delusional.
He's just swinging in his chair as if he's at the lunch table with mates. His facial expressions are creepy; and his smile when he was arraigned was more telling to me than anything. He look defiant and proud!
Even his crying is off. I know I didn’t do this “thing”? Then clearly said “I attempted suicide” without emotion. Watching this “thing” is creeping me out.
This criminal not only took a life but he screwed up his family life including his parents!! That’s what happens when you think you’re smarter than everyone else.
i don't understand what he's claiming.. is he claiming that the police are trying to frame him (for who knows what reason), by arbitrarily killing a reporter who was trying to expose him for corruption? what is the reason the police could possibly do something like that?
The think tank was on it last night and the body expert. Telles is a Telles Tubby. He’s Pinocchio’s brother but Pinocchio called & said the family has disowned him 😂😂
HE DOESN'T SOUND CONVINCING SO HE SCREW HIMSELF ON THE STAND. HE CAN'T BLAME HIS LAWYER. HE THOUGHT HE WAS SMARTER BECAUSE HE HAS A LAW DEGREE BUT DIDN'T NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE SO YOUR PLAN BACK FIRE ON U.😮
17:10 Did that guy imply that he didn't get the Dr. Seuss reference because he didn't go to Harvard, or did I misinterpret that? Did he not go to Kindergarten either? Lol
The guy a psychopath. He clearly guilty. His best defence was to go for his life ruined by the journalist and he snapped. Instead he trying to go free. Plus if he did snap why the attempt to cover his tracks. He felt he was above the law and could get away with murder.
His facial expressions during the closing arguments are hilarious and weird. He really thinks everyone buys it! I hope Mrs Telles is packing right now. Run away!!!!
Does anyone else notice that sometimes when we see a killer, they have an odd shape of head? Abnormalities in the shape of head possibly affect the way that their brain is formed and maybe how the brain works? I wonder if that's a thing. Of course not in every case
It’s almost impossible to get away with murder in LV. Metro and the prosecution did a great job.. The streets will be a little safer after the guilty verdict..
First off Vinny your a great presenter and have a knowledgeable support team, If I was a prosecutor I would of sympathised with the defendant I would say “ I understand when in public eye, some journalists can be over zealous, and I understand when you lost office he still went after you and family then trying to tarnish you personally” you know have opened the door to a personal relationship but on the down side Jury might find him innocent. Yesterday defendant looked awful and nervous, today more confident, Prosecutor could of had a better strategy, The evidence is do strong against defendant it’s almost unbelievable and start thinking stitched up,
After watching yesterday and Telles returned to the stand we watched him walk to the stand, but not the jury. Surprise why? Because he walked just like the person in the video.
I'm certainly not meaning to be rude because I didn't know before either And I'm guessing that you don't know how to do the timestamp. Where you put the period at you would put a " : "instead and it will show up in blue and people can click on it and go right to the spot you were talking about. 29:00 . My apologies if I am being out of line. I hope you have a great day.
He is SO CREEPY!! I can't imagine the fear Mr. German experienced when this insane narcissist approached him in that clown outfit he had on!! Trying to be inconspicuous, but was everything but!! Ugh! T H R O W A W A Y T H E K E Y
