Oh my goodness your explanation of searching for the truth and what your professor told you brought chills to me. I was raised staunch Catholic, left the church as I just always questioned their intentions and ideologies. I started to read about ALL faiths and fell in love with Buddhism. I started to drift again however and tried to go to a "non-denominational" church which was horrible then tried to go back to the Catholic church which was even more horrible and have been adrift again...searching again. And then, just like that, today I saw a video by Roberta (had never heard of her) and down the rabbit hole I went and landed here. I have listened to Dolores Cannon and read her books, but it never really clicked for me so to find this is a blessing, This is such a lovely interview and has spoken directly to my heart, mind and soul. I am going back to read the Gospels as she says and just bought that book this morning. To find fellow souls that talk directly to your own soul is a healing and a peace that cannot be put into words. Thank you from my spirit to yours....thank you!
My wife was a nurse and told me an account that seems parallel with the mentioned "terminal lucidity". While she stood talking with relatives of a man in a coma, that patient came out of his coma, quite unexpectedly, and stood up! He said aloud, "I'm going home. I'm going home! Hallelujah, I'm going home!" He then got back into bed and passed away.
This interview is wonderful. So much of what is said mirrors my direct experiences with loved ones who have passed. It also mirrors what happened to me after a radical spiritual awakening, especially with respect to the silver cord and traveling outside of my body. Thank you!
My dad had surgery and wasn't doing well after he went home. He called me June 4 and said, "I don't know why they won't let me go home." I said, I thought you were home? He said, "I am." Then he said, I am sorry, I love you and I will see you on the other side. He died one week later.
Roberta helps me feel free and I have read two of her books and again felt so free as I read them. Liberating Jesus liberated me! I plan on reading a third one soon. Thank you for this uplifting interview.
Thank you for your comments about Jesus. He is all love, and those who hate in his name have completely missed the point. I’m a retired ordained minister in a progressive denomination and I tried to focus on God’s love for all in my sermons. There is a story about the Apostle John. He spoke to many ancient congregations. He would say, “Love one another” and that was it! People said, “Tell us more.” He said, “When you understand that, I’ll tell you more.”
Very true ! My mother wasn’t sick at all and a couple months before she passed unexpectedly she was telling my sister and I how much she loves us she felt like she wasn’t a good enough mother etc,,, she was also hearing her father’s voice that had recently passed.
What a beautiful Program I am so happy to participate and be part of your teachings. I am a new suscriber from Puerto Rico. I love Roberta and I have read her books, she is so lovely. I love your program today. Excellent!!! Love you too.
Wow! What a powerful interview! Thank you, George, for introducing your audience to Roberta Grimes... I hung onto every word and have already signed up to her mailing list AND purchased The Fun of Growing Forever.
Enjoyed this. Just found out about Roberta. Her podcast came up ( for some reason❤️) on my phone. Thank you for having her. Also your story and comments added to the conversation. Thank you.
True. When my son was young he would ALWAYS tell me he would die young...of course I would tell him.."don't say that". But he was murdered at 20 years old. He knew he wouldn't be here long.
OMG George , we have lived the same life , I had been so ardent for the truth , an evangelical Christian who lost all my friends . I had such a fear of death and hid myself in the tribe of church…… i feel so guilty that I have to leave that tradition behind because I know there is no growth there for me I am seeking for so much more. Thank you for some good references towards writers that can influence my new truth ….. any good book references for me I would truly appreciate it…. Roberta grimes is ace ….. I pray this fear of death will eventually go xxxxxx
Thanks for your comment! Recently I have been benefitting a lot from the "Law of One" material. George I had nearly the same experience as you during my undergraduate years. It was very painful but it set me on a higher spiritual plane afterwards.
What she says about terminal lucidity is so true. When my dad was dying from ulcerative colitis, he woke up in the hospital and started getting better, he was up in bed having conversations with me and other people for like 2 or 3 months. It caused the hospital to discharge him and send him to rehab in a nursing home which is where he spent most of his time when he was seemingly getting better. Suddenly he got weak again and started going downhill fast until eventually the doctors were saying he was gonna die for sure this time. It was a really rough experience spending months thinking he was getting better and then suddenly he was gone.
Beautiful content....but how do you know all people in last few days do not experience pain. You said you were an attorney and our evidence-based so please mention what makes that so I mean what if somebody was experiencing pain beforehand and chose not to use meds how could they all of a sudden not experience pain what sort of state of mind would they be in... Are they in a coma? Or something else
My Brother told me also about reaching out, for different branches of music....It works. Reach into whatever grabs your heart, and learn. Were here to learn, and to evolve.
Loved this talk. There is so much talk about Jesus and all that he taught and brought down to the souls on the earth. But what are Roberta's thoughts on Moses and his contributions?
Thank you for this insightful interview! What I fail to understand though is why some people do remember or start researching on the afterlife and awareness/ consciousness.. for those who believe in the “simulation”, the lessons or fears are much more intense and I feel we learn the most from the most painful lessons. So wouldn’t it make more sense if no one remembered source and fully believe in the simulation for maximum growth while in the physical?
Great question and one that I have, too. My current thinking on this: (1) We don't have to try to convert people to our beliefs because it might actually be better for their soul growth to believe this is the only life and therefore to live it well. (2) Some of us can't live well unless we believe in an afterlife. If we believe this is the only life, some of us might become too materialistic and selfish. That was true of me. Once I really believed in an afterlife, I was able to psychologically relax a lot more and practice generosity and courage, instead of fear.
@@GeorgeKaoCommunity thank you for your reply! I agree - trying to convert people is never a good thing. But if those who believe in the afterlife live a more fulfilling / less fear based life couldn’t that mean it’s a misconception as well?
A few analogies that help me: 1) Video game: if you thought you only had one turn, you'll get overly serious about the game, being way too careful, not exploring certain aspects of the game, and probably not learn as much as if you relax and allow yourself to explore more. As a result, you may die sooner than another player who is super careful, but you may actually have experienced more of the game as a result of your courage and exploration mindset. Some players will even be tempted to cheat the game, thinking that it's all about gaining gold and power inside of the game. Someone who instead realizes that we get many turns at the game, and that it's about gaining in character over the course of many games, will use the game more wisely. 2) Relationships: someone who believes this is the ONLY life may be motivated to find the "perfect" romantic relationship, and as soon as there's a fight or disagreement it's too easy to leave that person and go find the next ideal person. Versus someone who believes we live many lives, and our relationships are here to teach us something, is much more likely to stay through the difficulties and grow... knowing that we have many more lives and relationships in the future.
@@GeorgeKaoCommunity very interesting analogies and I can very much relate to them. But what I meant was is what if we are “trapped” or tempted to believe in the afterlife just so we live a more meaningful life. And then we try to be the best version of ourselves and then •Boom• dead and no afterlife. How much would that suck 😵
Well -- if there's no afterlife, and yet, we live a meaningful life here, filled with giving/receiving love, growing in wisdom, isn't that actually the life with the deepest happiness? :)
I lost my little brother 20years ago,, went to a medium she gave me a page of paper when I had a good look it,,he had to be out of the body the paper she gave me was the place were he had been stabbed in the hart he was showing her the building shape from the sky,,, but he didn't die till 4am 1hour after he got to hospital,,i walk in a an unbeliever i walked out a new man,,i just didn't know it yet,I could write for hours on the stuff that lady told me,,, one she told me i was going to be shot but i wouldn't die,it happened 3years later 🇮🇪
Perhaps they chose to do "bad" so they can also experience the Karma of having "bad" done unto them, but for them (and for all of us) it's a learning experience, whether we receive good or "bad"...
It is ok to be afraid... don't resist the fear (because it will just cause more fear)... instead, focus your time and attention on reading about the goodness of the afterlife, and how you will be lovingly supported, even during the "death" transition. It is not death. It is simply like falling asleep except you will "awake" in the afterlife in your spiritual body.
@@GeorgeKaoCommunity im trying to she sent me a book after I had emailed her. She is a beautiful soul. I'm more worried for my family my wife and sons. They need me in these crazy evil times. Its so hard. I dont talk like this even to complete strangers. Lol thank you for your words God bless you. I did not mean that rudely.
I’m a Christian and I’ve always believed there’s a god and Jesus but I feel like when you tell people they gotta follow everything in the Bible or there going straight to hell it puts a lot of pressure on people or even more scared to die because who wants to go to hell ya know
Be sure to check out newest edition of A Course in Miracles created by "The Circle of Atonement." It includes source info not included in prior editions, making it easier to read/understand. ACIM includes mind training meditation exercises to help awaken us from our fear based "body-identity illusion" to our reality as loving eternal beings at one in God
If it is good for the soul to depart as quickly as possible (quote min. 15.55 onwards in the interview) to keep its vibration high, would it actually help dying person to be alone at the death bed (no crying relatives around)?
I guess I have chosen no stress, because my life has gone by with little or no negative incidents. I am a senior citizen. I am not sure the purpose of my lifetime on Earth.
The bible does say there is a judgment. Romans 14:10 Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. 2 Corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ......
I never thought of that before..but people who have said they died and went over. I having had more than one OBE...am thinking that this is where they went, and not to the spirit world. In the astral realm, you are a consciousness aware of some sort of body and intelligence. You are in fact you. In the astral realm you can still see everything you know but can't interact with it. So is it possible that what a person experiences when they say they do died and came back..was simply an OBE..out of body experience.
She is echoing a lot of teaching of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Joseph Smith was teaching about pre-mortal life (spiritual home), this life being a term of probation (school) and different levels of glory that people will inherit after this life (the 6 levels she is referring to). Those ideas were very controversial back in the middle of 19th century. Especially the one that introduced a path to salvation for every soul, even a horrible sinner through Jesus Christ and these different level of glories.
NDE's are real experiences too but the people experiencing NDE do not go all the way to the other side, they catch a glimpse of the other side and then they choose to come back...
I believe 100% in an afterlife, and was all set to enjoy this video, but as soon as she said that Thomas Jefferson was her spirit guide I turned off!..
In a book Beyond Mile Marker 80, a true story of a fatal car wreck where his wife just died, a man in the hospital on the operating table sees the wall open and his wife with Jesus. The Dr. and nurse report seeing the same thing. Ken Johnson had a near death experience. He heard God say I love you more than you will ever, ever know. He saw his brother who was in his 30’s. In the movie Heaven is for Real the 4 y/o boy sees his grandfather in heaven and only recognizes him when he sees a picture of his grandfather in his 20’s. There are some verses that help us with understanding life going on: 2 Cor. 13:5 What you don’t know about yourself is Christ Jesus is in you. Luke 17:21 NIV the KOG is in our midst. Rom. 4:17 says God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not. John 5:21 says just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life so the Son gives life to whom it pleases Him. Mark 12:25 says when the dead rise they will be like angels in heaven. 1Tim. 4:10 says we put our hope in a living God who wants everyone to be saved, especially believers. Rom. 14:9 Christ died and rose again for this very purpose-to be Lord both of the living and of the dead. Watch a short youtube video "Richard met God" Richard cries uncontrollably talking about God's unconditional love. Howard Storm, a former atheist, now a minister cries talking about God's love. Ken Johnson had a near death experience and heard God say I LOVE YOU MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER, EVER KNOW. I did what a minister said was his breakthrough to God, and after 5-6 weeks of reading the verses 2X/day and in my mind going to sleep and waking up I cried for two hours and felt like a 4 yo child at 74. Rev. K.E. Hagin, deceased, read these 1,000 times on his knees. The verses are: Eph. 1:16-20, Eph. 2:4-8, Eph. 3:14-19. This is The Epiphany of finding God's love for you. The reason we cry and the reason I would not make something up and the reason none of us should judge is the most overlooked or ignored verse in the Bible is actually true. Google verses about God’s love and meditate on those. Rom. 8:11 He that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you. We have this treasure in jars of clay 2 Cor. 4:7. There is an “Elephant in the room” and it is God, and we are lucky HE loves us more than we know. I said God help me stop drinking after 35 years of excess and HE did in one night before I believed. Bill, addicted to cocaine said God if you’re real help me. Bell saw a flash of light and heard NEVER WILL I LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU. A card dealer in Vegas filled the tub and said God if you’re real baptize me. She is a minister.
Thanks Roberta, I had an NDE about 6 years ago and my wife (who is a full blown Bible thumper) just sent me this video to tell me I’m full of Sh:t as Roberta says at 6:42 that NDE’s are not real. So after arguing with her all morning while I’m trying to work via text messages I’m thoroughly pissed because I know what I experienced was real and believe the majority of others that have had the same. You’re doing a huge disservice to NDE’ers who are already thought of as kooks. 🙄
I can't speak for Roberta but I personally believe in NDEs and have been positively impacted by hearing those stories. I put my favorite ones in this playlist: 🦋 Remarkable NDEs: ru-vid.com/group/PLKgVtpwuUQ1tTgb3Waa0Q4zXhzLdaqGMf
@@GeorgeKaoCommunity Thanks Bud, not sure why she said that. But I’ve watched her interviews before and she seemed ok and seemed to base her work around them.
Yes we are spiritual being it will be glorious but this women does not know about all transitions-- you can cry at your loved ones bedside do not leave your loved one-- they will be fine no matter what, as you will be fine as well here and then there. all is well do your best it is fine
I've been listening for a while and she says people don't get judged this is setting it how come people have experiences of going to hell in these near-death experiences that she makes it sound like they're not solved not real or not a big thing. I was studying the supernatural years and years and your death experiences are very real people and they see Jesus and God over there or sometimes told that there is judgment there's absolutely judgment God and the other beans over there and the other side will not have sin around them and then when I have anyone around them like some people have known in my life who are constantly hating cussing I mean I know some people that are cursing God up and down left right all day love and these people go somewhere and a lot of people come back explain hell and some of them explain certain things like they're being a doorway and opening in big holes and spots of the Earth over there and they lead to Hell once you get overdosed she saw many spots a voice told her do not go in there you don't blow on there don't don't go in there and she went in there anyways and she had same experiences of hell that several atheists and other hardcore centers have explained very much. I take notice the things I'm not a Bible person I don't even go to church regularly but people do go to hell and some of these people have been saved by Jesus so I like to know how she could explain that sounds to me like she knows people who's Channel a bunch of dead people and answered some questions you took them all down as reality. I don't know about that because I can tell you some of these things over there and the other side they're not people and they don't ever tell you the truth they try to Lead You In manipulate you if they ever told you the truth it was only so that way you would believe the lies just as readily. I've had experience with demons there are demons over there that are horrible things over there. She can't sit there and say that there is only humans in God and Jesus and that there is absolutely no judgment. That's a bunch of BS told a bunch of yes or judgment some people go to hell and what is the point in the Life review then? The Life review is the test. Are you going to go to the summer lands or whatever which are like heaven for the hundred years you had to spend into your car and eight into another body? Or do you go to other places because some people go to somewhere that's bad but not super bad it's like limbo they give it a few other names it's basically Purgatory is what some of the Catholics call it it's bad but it's not as bad as hell. Quite a few people have gone hell they've described it perfectly despite being from completely different countries completely different religions ladies assuming too much and she's saying here's exactly how things are. This is what she's saying she does not know exactly how things are she may have some ideas she may have some things right but her way about it was completely wrong nobody knows everything and nobody is right all the time people and I've seen so many videos that go against what she's saying here. She is not All right. She is not All wrong.
