You’ve absolutely missed your vocation in life 😂 seriously great review - the van looked well made and nice to see something a bit more quirky than the usual stuff but that one was not for us - the Merc one looked nice - on a side note, see they are doing a Vauxhall version of the ‘Ducato’ now - price wise for what you’re getting it’s not bad comparatively - looking around you can pay almost £100k for vans which look like they have been home made at the moment with little engineering having gone into them. Have a lovely weekend - will nominate you for sales person of the year 🌟 All the best, David 👍
Robeta is a very good manufacturer. You could easily reduce the price by removing unnecessary options like the Schnitzler body kit, safety package plus, special alloy wheels and Garmin radio package. If only used for two, remove the pop-top roof and it's another £7.7k off.
It's a bit, fussy for me, maybe fussy isn't the right word but a bit like the new Swifts it looks like an interior designer has been let loose on it and it's the basics that really count. It would have been nice to have seen the two berth for comparison and would there still be the same hemmed in feeling. On the lightweight panelling thing, when I visited the Consort factory as I was being shown around by Jane she pointed of the lightweight plywood they use and it felt really light to me. Having said that I don't know where it was used and whether they used the lightweight ply in some places and not others.
Yet another "Anti-tardis" . Why do these designers keep putting the loo room in the middle? Those seats didn't look very comfy for lounging on but it could be deceptive. A wardrobe would be good - I don't like my tops creased up in a drawer. It's good to look around these vans just so I know mine is better.... =D
