It’s pretty clear that this woman attended the Amber Heard ‘school of crying on the stand!!’ All she’s doing is squinting her eyes, sniffling in through her nose and making her voice sound ‘upset’. According to her the gun was removed that evening because of an incident between her and her child's father. Cali took the gun inside and placed it where he did. She assumed he placed it back where she retrieved it from, but on the stand admits she didn't know where he put it.

I think she had a drug deal with "Jay" and he shot her daughter because of her involvement in the drug deal gone bad. She would get killed if she said anything so she made up those storie or a struggle with the gun and her boyfriend. I don't think a 2 yr old could shoot a gun and be such a lucky shot.

The real kicker is when asked about the responsibility of securing the gun she asks the prosecuting attorney, "what would you do ma'am?" And the prosecuting attorney immediately asks the judge, "can I answer that?" I felt all of that because I wanted the judge to give her permission to answer

The fact that this grieving mother who just lost her 5-year-old daughter is on trial for her murder instead of the black man with the black Chrysler 300, the 3 Mexican males who followed her home from the park, Antoine, the man who put the loaded gun in her closet, and the 2-year-old son in high heels, is beyond appalling. In a case of child murder by patent, Its a fact she has had all custodial rights stripped away. And its been five years so yes, someone else has custody of her kid by now. Thank God.

I just heard her say (to explain how she got gunshot residue on her dress) that when she came inside and saw her daughter shot and her son on his knees crying, she picked him up. That just really bothered me. Wouldn't you go to the aid of your daughter first? I mean, you heard the shot, you saw the flash. Your daughter is on the floor, and he's upright and obviously alive. As a mother of 4, I can say from experience that that doesn't sound right. This is the first that I've heard about this case, trial or any of it, so I gotta go back and watch it all from the beginning. I saw a short of her close-up and crying with no tears and was like "oh I gotta check this trial out." But she is really hard to watch.

If she insisted on testifying her lawyer can't tell her no. You have a constitutional right to testify and a 5th amendment right to not incriminate yourself by testifying. The lawyer can't tell her she can't testify. He can strongly urge her not to but if she wants to do it, he can't legally stop her from doing it.
Anytime she doesn't have an answer for a question, the default answer is wailing "I was trying to protect my son! Why can't you understand that!?!" Totally transparent

I’ve got a question to throw out there. I have watched most of this trial but maybe I missed it. 2 things: During the investigation, did they measure the height of the stool (chair) and the 2 year old to see if it was physically possible for him to get the gun? Did the PA get any type of gun specialist to analyze the weight on the gun trigger to see if it was possible that the 2 year old could hold the gun and still fire it? Just a thought

I’ve not seen anyone cry so much without managing to produce 1 single year since a certain Miss Heard took the stand. And does anyone think she wasn’t in her right mind? She certainly said it enough. Unfortunately for her it’s not a defence. Even defendants who manage to get an actual mental evaluation that says they were in their right mind still struggle to use that as a successful defence. Poor daughter and son. I’ll say this until im blue in the face. Why do we need a license to drive a car, but any old psycho can just have a kid whenever they feel like it? We need to do more to protect kids before the fact.
