@Ossian M Basically what I wrote just in norwegian, but the ones writing the song seems to use it as a substitute for calling them perverts, which you can also call them disgusting instead, and that is "ekkel" in norwegian, and if you do a quick google search on the word elak it means "ekkel", while it actually means "mean". Though they even have a line where they say they don't speak swedish, which they made painfully obvious. Swedish is my 2. language on the same level as english, so I obviously know that it means mean...The other word though was just a way for me to try to understand what the fuck they acctually are talking about
