There's a notebook on the table You can take it to the store so you won't forget the groceries anymore There's a rifle in the cabinet that I used to fight a war But to this day, I don't know what I was fighting for I'm fighting for Will you show me love as we get older And I'm falling at your feet After 30 years of service And one to fit our need Show me love as we grow colder Let our love provide the heat That our older bones are missing But our hearts will never meet There's a blanket on the sofa that I used to keep you warm When I find you fast asleep at half past four There's a record we keep turning that reminds us of our youth But there's still nothing as beautiful as you Will you show me love as we get older And I'm falling at your feet After 30 years of service And one to fit our need Show me love as we grow colder Let our love provide the heat That our older bones are missing But our hearts will never meet (As we grow colder Love provide the heat Older bones are missing Hearts will never meet) Because your hand belongs in my hand, belongs in your hand, belongs with... with me (Blanket on the sofa that I used to keep you warm There's a record we keep turning that I used to turn you on) Will you show me love as we get older And I'm falling at your feet After 30 years of service And one to fit our need Show me love as we grow colder Let our love provide the heat After 30 years of service And one to fit our need Show me love as we grow colder Let our love provide the heat That our older bones are missing But our hearts will never meet
After 30 years of service And the one to fit on me (i.e. his significant other) ... That our older bones are missing But our hearts will never need (i.e. the heat)
I have been going absolutely nuts trying to figure out the first part of the course because “after 30 years of service and one to fit our needs” makes absolutely no sense to me at all lol after watching this over and over I’m starting to really think he’s says “After 30 years of service and the wounds of it on me”. That would make more sense at least, in my opinion but I’d really like to find the singer and ask him because every lyric video/site has different lyrics
maldita sea que grandes artistas, la voz de Richard es tal cual la versión original, y aparte de que tiene un ritmo cautivante, la letra es simplemente preciosa como para dedicar a alguien. simplemente una obra de arte
The voice ist perfect, its like the tape is playing in the background, I think it's kind of rare today, that the live performance sounds better than the recorded version.
I'm glad that Robin isn't touching much the mixer because there is nothing to mix and there is no need to use filters comparing to other fake Djs in live performance
Look Judge put all that passion in the interpretation, look at him giving his all out there, look at the passion-filled, concentrated and emotional expression on his face... Then look at that fucking lousy crowd. I would've fucking gone mad and danced and singed like a maniac... WTF?!
