Hey Albert, here's a idea for trolling: Dress up as a kids imaginary friend and disappear whenever his/her parents are gone. Tell them to do bad things and the more they do the more crude they make their world. After a while make them do worse and worse things like killing people and their parents. Funny for you to bring up the ability to "control" weather. Man made clouds exist and are used to bring rainfall. This is called 'Cloud Seeding' and it is currently being used in The United Arab Emirates.
