Funny for you to bring up the ability to "control" weather. Man made clouds exist and are used to bring rainfall. This is called 'Cloud Seeding' and it is currently being used in The United Arab Emirates.

Admin idea: Make a zombie apocalypse and there’s only a minimum amount of supplies like, guns, food, etc. They would have to fight to live even if they did get guns. If you’re reading this Albert, I love your videos... and I have been watching them for 2 and a half years now. Every video is great!
