at 1:58 the level 1k player basically joins and then you can see him climbing the ranks like its easy as hell, he ends with second place when the guy recording already had around 18-21 kills so massive probs to the level 1k guy.

I don't know what to say, Arsenal spawn position and location is predictable. In my opinion: Arsenal have only pew of spawn position. Arsenal maps have only a few ways to go. They always respawn in the empty corner that other team is not nearby. It is difficult to experience in the video, but in the game, you can predict the position of the enemy by the sound of gunfire.
