A bit late, but, yes, as you say in the second level of the iceberg, people getting unobtanaible badges was exactly what you said that it was, teporting to the badge's place. More specifically, you could search in game-data (only possible with exploits) and find those badges game link, there, you could just get them without doing the full process. I confirm this because i was one of the people to get some of them on multiaccounts (even though i had them on my main) just to try it with a ""friend"".

For now, the skin is still there in the store, but I hope they remove it, Also, Matue is a Predator, which makes everything more worse than how it was (That is why he Said "Fave and Kelogish done the same thing", because both are pedophiles.)
