roblox doors - HALT analogue horror (informative video) 

A sign of Halt similar to Rush and Ambush is the flickering lights. However, Rush and Ambush shows flickering lights for approximately one second. When Halt is about to show up, the lights flicker for 2-3 seconds, making it the most significant sign for an encounter with Halt.

what this video taught me that I never thought about was to go back and loot the halt room. I never thought about it being safe after Halt was finished chasing you

this couldve been included: "Although you aren't required to turn around and walk away, you can walk backwards safely" something like that. you arent actually required to face the other way and walk, you just have to walk backwards and that will get you outta the room quicker

The halt may be scary but the only thing scarier is when you encounter the halt in a speed run

Fun fact: Halt is so slow that you can in fact backpetal away from him and get a nice good look at him (also good because you'll be able to proceed much faster)

Tips for surviving Halt: Look for flickering lights, the longest duration of flickering lights will signal Halt. You don't have to fully turn around, just walk backward a bit until you see the signal to turn around. Try to make it through as quickly as possible, don't bother looking through drawers.

i like how halt feels very different from the other monsters because it is pretty rare to encounter great vids btw!

Imagine that, in a future update, you could randomly find tapes that reveal more about the world of doors (talking about entities would be kinda useless as the guding light does that anyways after you die, but there could be exceptions).

I dont want to be harsh, just giving some advice: 1. Dont do the random interuptions while the tape is playing, it comes off as just another one of those generic vhs-esque tropes, which removes a good bit from the experience. 2. Do voiceovers of your own or ask somebody else to do it. Then it could feel a bit more... real. Like a real human being actually made this, but if you dont want to thats fine. 3. Add little details in the tapes, something like the characters in the tapes looking at you for a split second, or something else that you think would fit. So yeah, thats it. Good content!

halt's room is very safe, there is no screech despite it being dark i reccomend halt's houselines

if you wanna have the "creepy athmosphere" i advise - changing the title to something VHS-ish removing the discord tag (it just makes it seem so weird imo) calling the player "human" would be more appealing tbh removing the description add maybe a time and date to the VHS otherwise good content keep it up
