for those wondering this is how Dupe works: so you enter door 29, there are 2 doors now, one of them says 30 another says 31 if you enter door 30 nothing happens, if you enter door 31 Dupe attacks, if you try and check the previous door number you will find its been burned out. to avoid dupe remember the door number you went through and go through the door that should be next. aka you entered door 40 and should go through door 41 not door 42

If you cant remember the number on the door. You can stand near the door ( Note: JUST dont stand too close to the door bc it cause the door open and dupe attack you ), you will here its sound. So that u can avoid dupe P.s: just a additional information

dupe is when a room has more than 1 exit, the others are fake. if you enter a fake door, you arent attacked by dupe. your attacked by smile

Here's another tip, if you forget the door number you want to go through, go close up to the door and listen. Dupe's doors will make a low rumbling sound! Hope this helps :)

TIP: If you get a dupe room, always check for a darker door number sign. If it is dark, it's Dupe.

you can also get close to the doors if you hear breathing / growling it's dupe but i heard it doesnt always work so

Tip: when you get 2 doors, go to the wall near the door, if it opens, its safe. If it doesnt open when ur on the wall, its dupe

A more helpful tip: Listen to the sound cue, dont stand too close near the door, try to stand like 3 feet away beside the door, if you hear an evil laugh of some sort, thats dupe my brother
