the only thing i dont like in these videos is that you refer to some of the in-game stuff as a "minigame", "boss" and etc. that kinda blows the atmosphere away, cuz when i watch analogue horror one of the things that scares me the most is the idea that certain entities are real. i still like them tho
Another thing about Door 50 is that in multiplayer, once the door is unlocked all players must leave their hiding spots and make their way to the exit because otherwise The Figure will just pull them out without warning.
Should've added "Superhuman Strength" and "Light Manipulation" for Figure's "Abilities" category considering the fact that Figure is strong enough to effortlessly lift a person up and bite their head off,not to mention that he was strong enough to cut off the lift cable in the ending of doors .Oh ye,and not to mention that he can emit some sort of light from his mouth
yknow i had an entire theory about figure so basically figure used to be the manager of the hotel, and said hotel was very populated, but something bad happened in the hotel and everybody left the hotel, but the manager stayed committed, trying to get people to come back to the hotel, however nobody listened, and his desperate attempts to get back into business caused his body to start to deform into figure and his new form was a mix of his anxiety, sadness, and resentment to those who turned his back on him, but he's also blind due to the term "blinded by rage" which is why he confuses you (a new hotel visitor looking for a place to stay) as a former visitor who left him and never came back, so he tries to kill anyone he senses
That's possibly the most forced theory with the least amount of evidence that I've ever heard, if you said that he was an ALLEGORY for that then MAYBE.
Also Figure getting faster with every new book and his path changes with new book cause it is always looped. And when player opens lock Figure becoming super fast and looking for players randomly...
I think you should've added "the entity can sense your heartbeat if you get too close, even if you are standing still" after you say to keep some distance from the entity
0:50 Bro why tf seek interrupting the video 💀 Edit: Also, intearms of the minigame, It actually is about controlling your breathing so that the figure can't hear you inside the closet,and the heart is a representation of holding your breath, although, it is pretty weird that during the minigame, the heart beat for some reason speeds up instead of slowing down like it is normally, but I guess the minigame would be too easy if it was the opposite way.
This was actually a really nice way of learning how to beat this guy without looking up a guide (I would've probably figured it out by myself but it would've been trial and error)
Also if you need to walk but you are near the enitity, it is best to crouch. I normally crouch the whole time while I am in level 50. Also each time you find a book, the figure's speed increaces. also keep note, that the note has roman numerals on it. If you dont know the numbers go up to 1 from 5 (i think) I is 1, II is 2, III is 3, IV is 4 and V is 5.
i think this entity is very much inspired by scp-303. and someone said death angles or something hear heartbeats too, so maybe it's a combination. and before you say demogorgon, no, that's a star shaped mouth that splits open, this is a round mouth for a head, similar to the appearance of scp-303 also known as... "DOOR man"
The eyes before the Encounter section I have lore for. You are in a dream/coma for so long that you've started to put yourself in dangerous and scary situations involving doors. Your mind thinks you're trapped inside an "infinite" hotel filled with entities and monsters but you're actually in a coma. The eyes are everyone that had loved you or friended you. They constantly watch out for you to see if you wake up. The "Wake Up" message is the painful sobbing of everyone around you, affected by your unconscious state. They want you to wake up.. but something is not letting you.
Random Fact: Figure can leap over fallen furniture and climb over the desk where the note is located. Be careful when you're near objects, it might hear you and jump over the obstacle.
It can hear you at any time.. Even if you crouch. Personally when the Figure is moving, I move too since it will hear its footsteps more than the vibrations but when it stops, I stop moving. and when its very far away i start walking normally. If it starts chasing you, hide in a closet...And if you're trying to go upstairs, and you already got all the books downstairs, don't try running since the figure would be alot faster than you. Hope this helps.
You should try crouching while moving next to it. That ruined my run many times .But for him to hear you while ur crouching and moving he needs to be really close…
another thing is that The Figure has a pattern. You could have said "It is recommended to have a lookout for The Figure's pattern if you are not alone. This may help you."
You should add the fact that if you play with other people that if you escape the room without them figure is gonna go berserk and then they will die by hide for hiding too long
@@ryanp7546 ok but imagine if doors dev and slap battles dev actually made a Collab that would add lore to both doors and slap battles,that would be amazing plus a new glove in slap battles that you could maybe find as an easter egg? Would be perfect. Too bad it's never gonna happen
“The entity is guaranteed to appear in both levels” My response: very true, but you are able to glitch the figure into the sky in door 50 and the figure sometimes couldn’t make the jump. (Btw this is before hotel+)
They should include these tutorials for new players before the room they are about to enter if it can be a cutscene in the game where there is a tv above the door of that room
Door 50 - The Libary Door 100 - The Elevator The Libary you maybe find the book that the paper says becareful! crouch so he cant see you! The Elevator The Elevator Is an exit and it has a cutsense for it. and also you need to fix the Elevator Power first that you can escape in the Elevator.
Also, you forgot all the players must be together when they unlock the lock. When a player is hiding the player will not control their heartbeat and figure will instantly kill them without giving them the mini game. Also, you need to crouch so the figure cant make contact with you and kill you And at room 100 figures hearing low when your not close so basically if your far away he does not hear and also figures hearing is much better now in the hotel + update at room 100 if your 2 steps close he will chase you upon he will kill you if you dont run.
I thought 0:51 was a part of a fake out and it was just Seek’s part of the eas but that’s just my guess, then I saw the whole thing and was kinda disappointed to see that it wasn’t Seek
also in the game it doesn't say controlling your heartbeat I know It looks like it but when you die in the mini game the death screen says control your breathing
Figure looks like a tall person that went missing 30 years ago and in belgium people think is a normal but france people was like "if you see this in a hotel run away he's blind" me:🥲 im dead
For everyone saying it's not realistic because they say players and boss and minigame think of it as a deadly game like sawor squid game and these are videos that play before the first encounter or at the start before the game begins
