Do you guys even mention about.. [Lag] ? The changes is between phone and pc they are different devices but Some of your phone and pc might be the same but some sre different when 0ut maximum graphics on both device.. because not all phone and tablet can be the same as pc and not the same as the others phone sometime it may a little bit bad texture when graphic are full in mobile but some mobile have great texture same as pc but pc player sometimes uses The brightness and rtx thingy since their pc wasnt lag.. but if you mentioned why they didnt turn max the graphic on mobile maybe because of lag or other reason they wont noticed OR they already turn it max but still same.. [This is just my explanation so dont blame me if there someting wrong]
