Yeah that’s something that lots of people automatically think especially since people who complete this (and any hard challenge, really) make it look easier than it is
Thanks! I know a few people out there that are similar skill to me. Here is some advice as to how I deal with jet packers: just outright target them. If you hear one nearby, stop everything and get rid of it lol. I literally immediately use an entire artillery blast to get rid of them most of the time. To avoid getting oneshot by them, you can see what I do which is time a jetpack in the air to dodge their rpg. Very hard to get used to but it works
@@wingsoffire9429 its not rly hard if u train dodging the rpg bc u can time the jetpacker's jetpack sound (it ticks 7 times and u need to fly as soon as u hear the 6th tick) u can trust me, im a scout main also u might wanna turn up ur volume to 6 or more to hear the jetpacker's ticking
Nah I didn’t I’m going to be honest. Was doing attempts on the side and I completely fluked a win xd. Was going to tell y’all sometime today tho. Also yes I agree with wave 8 being insanely difficult lol
@@wingsoffire9429btw u can remove the specialist spawn things like ranger or artillery by pressing r so u basically have free speed without wnything blocking ur screen
Other classes work but specialist is indeed the best solo class. You have infinite ammo with your burst ar, better hp regen, rangers which are basically extra free damage, and artillery strikes that decimate crowds, engineers, and gunners. Recon is also pretty good in certain maps though.
WTH BRO YOU ARE BECOMING A REAL MASTER OF THE GAME. But no jokes, You are like, VERY good at this game at this point. How many hours you have into this game? (You aren't wings of fire anymore. THE WINGS OF CHAOS. I think you proba deserve that call.) [Sounds quite sick tho]
Thanks man! If I had to guess, I'm pretty sure I have ATLEAST 170-200 hours in the game from all my grinding and runs. I don't have the extension that records my gametime anymore because of personal reasons But hey, you are the first comment. Thanks man! It all started when I died to a cloaker on wave 1 in mansion old...
im level 34 and this dud is soloing MSS on spec whilst only being double my lvl. I CANT EVEN SOLO SIEGE 50% i play casual, prob why (skill issue) keep up the good work, ur insane. also any tip on surviving trident? i always shoot the little fire things but it just doesnt work, i can never kill it
My low level makes me look new to the game, but trust me I’m not that new I was level 100 and asked an admin to reset my level Thanks for the compliments tho! For trident, you always want to keep your distance. The orbs have like 20 hp each so keep that in mind while shooting them. Sometimes you will need to shoot them 2 times for your gun while others just once. Something else to note; Don’t do what I did here and try to shoot the orbs while looking sideways like that… almost got me killed. Sometimes though hitreg can make it almost impossible to kill and that’s not your fault…
When the saboteur is invisible, you can BARELY see him. Only goes 95% invisible! From there you just simply shoot him. You can’t really see the sabos in the video because of how RU-vid vid’s processing works
If you look really hard in game, you can see the saboteur moving. I don’t know how practical it is, but it definitely has its uses when you don’t have a melee.
I’ve seen the challenge done with scout, specialist and recon I think. I wonder if the other 3 classes could do it? Im not good enough (level 50 something and I still have constant skill issues) but I mean assault has a big hp pool and high dps, engie has the turrets although the shotgun is kinda bad at the ranges where you have to engage (but I’m sure MADS would do well). I don’t have my hopes up for a medic run (prob have to go recurve with melee? But even then…) I honestly don’t know.
@@vecipheragain Medic is the hardest in terms on beating Masochist on Solo as you have to wait until wave 4 where you can get Recurve and these 3 waves are already hard, besides Medic is a support class so beating it as Medic is an extra flex, it's basically a high risk high reward task but amplified for doing it as Medic
Forgot to respond earlier, sorry. If you tap fire the burst ar you can get very weird outcomes and eventually I learned how to control it to basically make a full auto more accurate ar. Kinda hard to get used to but essentially, if you hold click so you only shoot 2/3 shots in a burst, then stop and quickly burst 2/3, you can make it so the gun doesn’t have to pause with the slight extra tap fire accuracy. It’s much easier to do in steelforge. But jus keep trying and ya will get used to it!
Yea I’ve done that a bit through the video. Didn’t really do it as often as I should’ve been, especially on the final wave. It’s a really good thing to know though!
@@wingsoffire9429 Y E S Also its funny when ur makimg a "burst" weapon into an A-10 GAU-8 AVENGER gatling gun and losing like 15 scrap every second because that one infantry standing still 1 stud away from you isint FRIKING DYING
The specialist class's gun works a little differently than other guns, instead of using ammo to reload the burst rifle, it uses my scrap. Notice how whenever i reload it subtracts scrap at the bottom right corner. This makes specialist really good sometimes because he basically has infinite ammo
Specialist’s weapon (burst ar) uses scrap for ammo. 1 bullet = 1 scrap used. Thing is this is barely noticeable as you have the passive scrap regen+extra scrap on kill which gives way more than you use
Bosses hp scales in solo. Less players there are the less tanker they are. Same thing for the unit multiplier. You get less units in solo compared to a full server Still doesn’t change the fact that if you die, that’s it. You need to reset. No room for error here
