ah. you were on SPA002. We were scheduled to fly to Amsterdam in a A330-941NEO MNI-AMS, but instead we were rerouted to San Diego. Supposedly on a 737MAX8 but instead on an A220-100, which meant my friend couldn’t make it on board. Other cons were the lack of communication, only one person was working security, and multiple people lost their ticket. It was very chaotic.

I recently flew SPA (5 mins ago). It was so chaotic! 😂 We were switched with a A330-941NEO-737MAX8-A220-100 Our flight plan was rerouted. Originally MNI-AMS, but insted BJC-SAN Only one security worker The flight was filled. Every seat was taken. It was absolutely crazy!!
