all faces that have a dynamic version too, you automatically get the dynamic one and the default one

Well the reason why you already have the dynamic face in your inventory is because when the classic face became not for sale, they instead replace it with the dynamic one. So users who already had said faces in classic will also have the dynamic edition for free.
