When I was younger, I simply didn't understand it, I liked the song and thought the story was a bit sad, that's all. Now that i'm older I understand this a lot more. It's a relatable story in many ways, I have never been abused or lived with a drinking obsessed parent, though I understand what it feels like to want to try and change yourself. You should always be a real person to yourself and others. It also shows us that even though someones life may look perfect, it might simply not and you don't know what goes on in other peoples lives. Hence why you should treat those you know with respect. That's all.

I love the lessons/morals that this entire series teaches us. For example, the first music video teaches us that we’re beautiful just the way we are, and we don’t need to change for anyone whatsoever. In this video, we can see that hurt people hurt others. The main bully is hurt because of how her mother impacts her, as well as her father always being gone on business trips. It really shows us that things aren’t always what they seem.
I really like the line in the description that says "Sometimes,bullies have stories too." because it shows that you don't know everybody's story or point of view.

You shouldn’t bully someone just because of what happens at home. Even if they aren’t like you, you shouldn’t judge them for who she/he is. They could actually be a really nice person, but when you go and bully them, they will feel pressure.
There is a similar message in The Girl Named Lucky music video, both are relatable and sad. Lucky wants a normal life; the main character wants a loving family. Both videos mean: Everyone's life isn't perfect. What is ordinary to you might be special to others.
