fr 💀💀 they need to buff volley fire imo. infantry combat goes so quick and its just a constant advance-retreat- etc for an hour straight. NW like 2-3 years ago (covid era-ish) was a lot slower paced and realistic

Ill add though that that slower paced gameplay makes individual marksmanship less important and places more emphasis on unit cohesion during a volley, which is likely why they made the current system like it is.

@@anthonycosta8816 isn't that a good thing though, unit cohesion? I remember being in it back in 2021, was alot of fun back then so don't see why they'd trade that for individual marksmanship

@@zypher4794 I think it's a good thing, but I think as a community NW has become very stats-focused and very frags-focused. It is more arcadey, which makes it more accessible and more casual - which is likely better for a larger community. I prefer the old way, a lot less stressful as a ranker at least, but it seems the community has adapted to more aggressive and fast-paced battles
