The first documented bug of Roblox on PlayStation. Whenever you play a faulty experience for Roblox on PlayStation and then proceed to succeed in a number of actions mainly consisting of different shell parts, there's a slim chance that the engine will bug out.
Proceed to do this multiple times and you get this bug.
Unexplainable until you see it. I couldn't find a way to replicate the bug in any way, but have made a few recordings.
You may need to resign into the app, if the storage gets affected.
